Team Chat allows Admin to connect with Service Provider's no matter where they are through direct one-on-one messaging Absolutely Free!

Improve the way you communicate with your team members (aka Service Providers) through direct one-on-one messaging. Connect with your team faster, stay organized, and ensure everyone has access to the information they need for better collaboration.

How can I access Team Chat?

If you have a MioCommerce Grow Subscription, Team Chat is automatically activated in your account. To access Team Chat by Admins, simply follow the below steps -

Step 1. On the Main left menu, please click on "Inbox"

Step 2. You will notice that Team Chat is Active.

Now simply select a Service Provider from the list, indicated by an orange icon or you can type in the name in the search bar.

Step 3. Once you have selected a Service Provider, the Team Chat option will appear. You can easily send a message by typing a message and clicking 'Send'.

The Team Chat feature allows service providers to receive instant push notifications directly on their mobile, if they have installed MioCommerce mobile app and turned on notifications!

In addition, unlike with SMS notifications, your service providers will be able to reply and chat directly with all of your Admins in real time! Team Chat also provides easy access to Admins related to your service providers work hours, time tracking, location, tips and much more.
