MioCommerce records the travel and clocked time of your Service Providers at jobs. You can download the timesheets in excel or CSV, so you can prep payroll faster.

Our system can track the time when
> Service Provider(s) clicks 'on my way' (travel time and duration).
> Checked in (start time for the job) to when they click Checked out (End time for the job) and the duration

👉 How does the time get recorded?
Time can be recorded on both the mobile as well as web app.
On the MioCommerce Mobile app your Service Providers can click on 'on the way', 'running late', 'check-in', and 'check-out' to get the time recorded on their assigned booking.
On the web app, Service Provider can log in and go to the assigned booking. Under the right menu "Actions", look for "Time Tracking".
Note: The recoded time and duration are only visible on the web app.
👉 How can I download the timesheets?
To download the timesheets, Go to the left main menu and click on Service Provider management. Then click on "Time Tracking Summary". On the summary page, click on the file icon.
