To request to add credit card information from your customer -
Step 1. On the main left menu - Go to Customer > Select the customer for whom you would like to request the credit card information
Step 2. Go to the Payment Information section and click on payment options.
Step 3. If you would like to request the card information, Under the Action panel Click on "Send Email".
If you have the client card details and would like to add it, click on "Create Payment Option"
You can view if the notification for requesting the payment was sent successfully. Under the notification section of your customer profile.
Your customer will receive an email with a link to enter their card details
Once your customer clicks on the link a page will open requesting them to enter their card details -
Once your customer has shared the information, you will receive an email notification indicating the process was successfully completed. You can now change your customers.
