How do I charge my customer's outstanding balance via MioCommerce?

Charge your customer's balance payment with Stripe in MioCommerce

Here is a step by step process in order to charge the customer for a booking's outstanding balance -

Step 1 - Login to your MioCommerce account and go to your booking section. Click on the booking for which you would like to charge the outstanding balance.

Step 2. On the Customer's booking page, on the right-hand side you will see a button labelled "Charge Customer".

Step 3. A payment window will appear, with the outstanding balance provided.

Make sure Stripe and the customer's credit card appears, all that is required is to complete the charge.

Note - If at all possible, always charge through MioCommerce. If actions are taken directly in Stripe, MioCommerce will not know about it and there will be no record for the same in MioCommerce account.
