Once you request feedback, your customer will receive an email (example below).
Your customer can then choose to give you a star rating only and/or write feedback about your service. Once they click on a star in the email, they get directed to fill in feedback and send their rating.
You will be notified via email that you have received it feedback. Your rating will be visible under that CRM "Feedback" section and also in the customer and booking profile.
