Once you request a rating, your customer will receive an email (example below).

Your customer can then choose to give you a star rating only and/or write feedback about your service. Once they click on a star in the email, they get directed to fill feedback and send their rating.

You will be notified via email that you have received a rating. Your rating will be visible under that specific customer's "Rating" section
