Booking Confirmation is not getting sent to the client. What can I do?

You can, at any time, resend a booking confirmation email to your customer.

You can, at any time, resend a booking confirmation email to your customer.

Step 1. Login to your MioCommerce account.

Step 2. On the left main menu, click on 'Booking' and go to the specific booking

Step 3. On the right hand 'Action' menu, there is an advanced sub-menu

- Click on Advanced and you will see Resend Booking Confirmation

This will resend a copy of the booking confirmation to your customer.
