A service provider refers to anyone on your team who will actually perform or fulfill the service at your customer's location. This can be full-time or part-time employees, contractors, or independent workers. Service providers are also often referred to as technicians.

So for example, for cleaning companies it would be the actual cleaner, for an auto detailing business it would the detailer/car wash person, for an electrical service company it would be the electrician. Each service provider has their own Employee Work Calendar with its own set of Work Hours and Non-working hours.
